K-12 School Physical Activity Resources

MSU Extension develops practical resources to support quality physical activity at K-12 schools. These materials are designed for teachers, administrators, families, and community champions who support students in getting enough daily physical activity to support their growth, development, and overall wellbeing. No matter what kind of school you are, you can help students move for their health.

All resources below are free to use and share. Schools are encouraged to share these resources with staff and families, include them in classes or newsletters, and use them as part of outreach, education, or other support efforts.
