Hosting Community Activities at CMERC

Outreach and engagement professionals (MSU or non-MSU affiliated) can submit a request to use the site for community activities. Site use requests must be reviewed and pre-approved to ensure that community activities can be accommodated and do not overlap with other events.

Please submit your request to abr.cmerc@msu.edu - you should receive a response back within 5 business days. In the request, please include the following information:

  • Name(s) of Requester(s)
  • Affiliation
  • Preferred Date, Start Time, and End Time
  • Is this date flexible? Please describe.
  • Are you planning multiple visits? Please describe. 
  • Name of Activity
  • Number of Participants
  • Who is participating in this activity?
  • Description of Community Activity (Please limit to one paragraph)
  • Location of Community Activity (refer to facilities map and trail maps)
  • Will access to facilities be needed (barn or conference room)?
