The Michigan State University Dairy Lipids Nutrition Program and Laboratory is one sector of the Dairy Nutrition Program housed in the Department of Animal Science. It is devoted to conducting research and outreach on dairy nutrition, both as it relates to the dairy (bovine) animal and humans. Through integrated and collaborative research and outreach conducted by faculty members and technicians representing myriad disciplines and areas of interest, researchers within the Dairy Nutrition Program strive to discover, develop and deliver findings, practices, recommendations and solutions to positively impact the lives and livelihoods of people at home and around the world.
