This event will happen rain or shine - no refunds.

Please join us for the 2023 Move Your Mutt 5K fun walk. This will be a 5K fun walk at the Eaton County Fairgrounds in Charlotte. You can walk with or without a dog, families welcome.

Registration is from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. and the walk starts at 9 a.m. 

Event Rules:

  • All attendees must be pre-registered.
  • Rain or shine - no refunds!
  • All dogs must be on a maximum 6' leash.
  • Please clean up after your own dog.
  • Please make sure your dogs are current on vaccinations.
  • Eaton County 4-H Dog Committee reserves the right to remove dogs from participation for unruly behavior.
  • Water stations for humans and dogs will be provided.
  • Please follow posted event signs and paths.
  • Parking will be in the infield on the fairgrounds.
  • The walk will be on mixed terrain.

Profit will benefit the Eaton County 4-H Dog Committee, which supports the Eaton County 4-H Pre-Fair Dog Show, dog equipment for use by 4-H members, and other educational activities.

Participants do not have to be current 4-H participants to attend. This event is open to the public.
