Research
College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR) faculty members implement interdisciplinary research programs covering both basic and applied research in diverse areas of agriculture and natural resources.
CANR international programs are coordinated through MSU AgBioResearch in collaboration with various departments and units of CANR and other colleges at MSU.
Faculty from CANR departments work with international organizations to advance their research capacity.
Capacity-building activities include:
- Design of joint research programs.
- Hosting visiting scholars.
- One-on-one mentoring of faculty and research staff from collaborating institutions.
- Conducting in-country technical skill building and capacity strengthening programs and workshops.
