DJ's is adding Athletic Field Maintenance Crew Members & Leaders to join their team this Green Season to work in our Athletics Division. Athletic Field Department maintains, renovates, and preps fields for games and practices.

Part-time and Full-time positions available - through the Spring, Summer, and Fall. After Green Season we move into Snow Season - Year-round, full-time employment!

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Athletic Maintenance Crew Member: Entry level. Athletic maintenance background preferred, not required (on job training available)
  • Athletic Maintenance Crew Leader: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the green industry, athletic field maintenance industry, and/or supervisory experience is preferred. Sports management and/or field prep experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of solving mathematical problems
  • Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals
  • Able to work in various weather conditions for an extended period of time

Requirements
  • Athletics Maintenance Crew Leader: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Requires a Chauffeur's license and DOT (or the ability to obtain one) prior to driving a company vehicle.
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift (min 50 pounds) for long periods of time.
  • Able to pass a preemployment drug test.
