The virtual coffee break with the MSU Extension Dairy team podcast is back

Join us for season two of this informative program that presents interviews with farmers, researchers, and industry experts in a new accessible format.

After a successful first season, the virtual coffee break podcast returns to your favorite podcast platforms. Season one covered a variety of guests that included farmers, researchers, and industry experts. Topics discussed included how to promote the dairy industry, methods to improve milk quality, introduction to LEAN management, antibiotic usage, corn silage recommendations, and other interesting information to improve dairy farms. All 10 episodes of season one are available here.

Season two began on July 8, 2020, and each episode will be available on the same platforms including Spotify, Apple podcasts, Google podcasts, Anchor podcasts, and more.

Season two will feature 10 new episodes representing multiple areas of dairy management. Fields include animal health, feed management, and calf management among other interesting areas. New for this season, we will feature three episodes focusing on the financial side of dairy farming. We look forward to guests from Michigan State University, GreenStone Farm Credit Services, Penn State University, and Clemson University hosted by MSU Extension educators.
