Room Descriptions

Woodward Ballroom  
Located on the main meeting level (second floor), this room will host all general sessions, keynotes, conference-wide meals, and a breakout session. The room is set in banquet-style rounds with stage and AV, and can accommodate over 500 attendees. 

Crystal Ballroom 
Located on the fourth floor, this room will host breakout sessions. The room is set in banquet-style rounds and can accommodate up to 150 attendees. 

Esquire Room 
Located on the second floor, this room will host breakout sessions. The room is set in banquet-style rounds and can accommodate up to 50 attendees. 

Founders Room A 
Located on the third floor, this room will host breakout sessions. The room is set in a c banquet-style rounds and can accommodate up to 80 attendees. 

Founders Room B 
Located on the third floor, this room will host breakout sessions. The room is set in a theater-style setup and can accommodate up to 50 attendees. 

Griswold Room 
Located on the second floor, this room will host breakout sessions. The room is set in banquet-style rounds and can accommodate up to 50 attendees. 

Venetian Ballroom 
Located on the fourth floor, this room will host breakout sessions. The room is set in banquet-style rounds and can accommodate up to 270 attendees. 

Italian Garden Reception and Lobby Area 
Located on the fourth floor, this space will serve as an interactive engagement area for conference attendees. Ideas and discussion notes from the Tuesday afternoon Regional Meetings will be displayed here, allowing participants to continue contributing ideas, sign up to help advance NUEL priority projects, and participate in national NUEL Action Teams. The space is arranged to support informal collaboration and networking.
