Procedure for Requesting Graphic Design Assistance

Requests for graphic design services for domestic or international proposals from ANR Communications and Marketing must meet the following requirements:

  • College of Agriculture and Natural Resources and/or MSU AgBioResearch proposals with a budget of $5 million or more
  • Lead PI must be employed by Michigan State University
  • An ANR Communications & Marketing project request form must be completed at least four weeks before the proposal deadline. Please note that this is a free service and an MSU account number is not needed. Fill that box on the form with NA.
  • Concise and thorough explanation of design concept is required from the researcher
  • Design work shall not exceed more than two rounds of edits

These guidelines were implemented Feb. 18, 2020. Projects completed prior to this date may not have had to meet all of these restrictions.
