Ayodele Daré is the education program coordinator in the CANR Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Daré's role focuses on interaction with faculty, staff, students and other stakeholders concerning programming needs related to DEI, coordinating events for programs and initiatives, maintaining the ODEI social media channels, working with communication partners to publicize programs and events and working with CANR to facilitate DEI trainings and workshops.

Daré came to the  in the MSU College of Agriculture and Natural Resources after earning a bachelor's degree in agricultural communication from the University of Georgia in 2019. He previously served as executive assistant to Associate Dean Quentin Tyler, in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

For the past five years, Daré has served as a national officer in the Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS) organization. In those years, he provided his skills in leadership, communication and diligence to the MANRRS organization. In 2019, Daré served as the MANRRS national undergraduate past president and worked with the MANRRS Advisory Board to develop initiatives and strategies for the year.

Daré intends to pursue a master’s degree in agricultural education. He seeks to work with agricultural leaders in developing innovative ways to battle world hunger and work with students in developing their leadership and communication skills.

Additionally, Daré is an ex-officio member of the CANR DEI Committee.
