Derek Plotkowski is the Michigan State University Extension Fruit Educator for Southeast Michigan and is based out of the Genesee County Extension Office. He covers production of all fruit, farm markets and farmers markets with a primary focus on commercial producers. His past work involved the horticultural aspects of beverage production, with a special focus on hard cider.
