Nicolette Gibson-Hall is a post-doctoral candidate within the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Well-being at the University of Pretoria. She holds a PhD in Human Nutrition. She is involved in component 3, particularly the South African case study where she was involved in the investigation and write-up of the micronutrient policy process in South Africa.
