Subject Matter Expert, Food Laws and Regulations in Latin America

Manuel Quindimil is a trade lawyer based in Peru with over thirty years of experience focused on the WTO and free trade agreements (MERCOSUR, Peru bilateral commercial agreements, and Andean Community). His practice includes administrative proceedings related to anti-dumping, countervailing measures and customs issues. He also has fifteen years experience in government relations and is consulted on international trade and international contracts. He is a professor and researcher at Universidad La Coruña and manager of government relations at the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru. 

Mr. Quindimil is a contributing subject matter expert to IFLR's course Food Laws & Regulations in Latin America (not currently offered).
