Rick Sadler is a Flint native and an Assistant Professor in the Division of Public Health at Michigan State University in Flint.  He has been conducting food systems research in Flint since 2008, and has published papers on food deserts, food retail interventions, local food networks, farmers' markets, and mobile markets in Flint and elsewhere.
