Rosamari Feliu-Baez, PhD has over 20 years of experience in the packaging and engineering field within the life sciences sector (pharmaceutical, medical device and combination products). Dr. Feliu-Baez has a BS industrial Engineering form University of Puerto Rico and a MS and PhD in Packaging Science from Michigan State University.

Over the years, she has worked as a packaging engineer, supplier quality engineer and quality expert, among others, in different companies in Puerto Rico. To accomplish her passion for teaching, Rosamari has taught packaging classes in different academic institutions; Recinto Universitario de Mayaguez RUM-UPR, Polytechnic University or PR and Universidad Ana G Mendez (UAGM). Dr. Feliu-Baez is also the co-founder, with Ultimate Solutions Corp., of the IoPP Puerto Rico Chapter and collaborated in the design of the Puerto Rico Packaging Summit 2017 & Puerto Rico Packaging Summit 2019 educational track and events.
