The Michigan 4-H Proud Equestrians Program CD-ROM is a comprehensive resource is designed to provide information for county 4-H programs interested in developing and supporting a locally funded 4-H Proud Equestrians Program (PEP). The guide provides information on creating a safe environment in which people with disabilities, assisted by trained volunteers, can learn and practice riding and horsemanship skills under the direction of a certified therapeutic riding instructor.
