Our research programs encompass: golf courses, athletic fields and home lawns, in all aspects including, construction, establishment and management.

MSU provides various academic avenues of entry into a turfgrass management program that suits the needs of each student. A four-year undergraduate program with a concentration on turfgrass management is offered through the Department of Plant, Soil and Microbial Sciences. Additionally the Institute of Agricultural Technology offers two-year certificate programs in Golf Course Management and Sports & Commercial Turf Management.
