Pan Wu is a PhD candidate in Engineering Mechanics with a research oriented towards human body Biomechanics. Her dissertation focuses on venous ulcers on lower legs, by applying engineering knowledge and techniques, to better understand the ulcer formation and ulcer risk assessment. She also worked on projects including the study of human body movement and soft tissue deformation. She is currently working with Dr.Bix and Paula on the BCBS package design project.
