UP 400: Special Topics: Sustainable City Development

This class explores the connection between federal, state and local polices in the practice of sustainable city development and redevelopment. Learn how state and local laws address sustainable development and climate change. Students will learn best practice techniques for sustainable land development and climate change mitigation and adaptation regulations for planning, design and construction professionals.
