National mortgage pre-foreclosure regulations and the timeline from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) will be explained. Additional topics include the Michigan Foreclosure Timeline, steps in foreclosure prevention, what is in a Workout Package, the impact of foreclosure has on credit reports.
