March 19th MI CSA Network Virtual Network Meeting: Managing Farm Labor for CSAs

Join Network leadership team partners Michigan Food and Farming Systems as they provide information for CSA farmers and support organizations about farm labor. Farm labor management continues to be an issue for farms of all sizes but, CSA farmers encounter unique challenges due to the complexity of the farm production as well as a need to balance customer management. During this meeting speakers will discuss potential solutions to labor challenges and management techniques that can help ensure a consistent and quality workforce for your farm that aligns with your values.
