Part 2 of this workshop with Robin Batten the Program Director for Washtenaw Area Council for Children addresses the risks and challenges that today's youth face as they use technology and social media. Topics including online predators, privacy issues, and trafficking will be covered in session 2. Parents will walk away with an increased awareness of youth online life and tips for supporting their children's well-being and online safety. Helpful resources will also be provided.

Extension Extras Parenting Hour is an online series of parenting workshops offered at no cost to you that provides guidance for parents of young children as they navigate the challenges, joys, and concerns of parenting.

Certificates for participation are provided upon completion of the class.
