Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a free, 6-week workshop that will benefit you whether you are a helping parent, spouse or friend for someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country. This workshop focuses on you, the caregiver. The workshop will not focus on specific diseases or hands-on care.
In this workshop, learn how to: take care of yourself, reduce stress, make tough decisions, communicate effectively, set goals, problem solve, and more!
