Abigail Cudney is a Health Educator for Michigan State University Extension with an emphasis on mental health, substance misuse prevention, stress management and trauma and its impact across the lifespan. Abigail is a licensed State of Michigan social worker and offers educational programming for adults. Abigail is a certified instructor for Mental Health First Aid and is a trained presenter for the Michigan Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Initiative.
Abigail is trained to deliver the following courses: Stress Less with Mindfulness, RELAX Alternatives to Anger, Chronic Pain PATH, Adult Mental Health First Aid training, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) training and opioid misuse prevention training.
