Abigail Cudney is a Health Program Instructor for Michigan State University Extension with an emphasis on behavioral health, substance misuse prevention, and trauma and its impact across the lifespan. Abigail is a licensed State of Michigan social worker and offers educational programming for adults through the State Opioid Response grant, as well as, the Michigan Substance Use Prevention, Education, and Recovery grant project (MiSUPER). Abigail is a certified instructor for Mental Health First Aid and is a trained presenter for the Michigan Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Initiative.

Abigail is trained to deliver the following courses: Stress Less with Mindfulness, RELAX Alternatives to Anger, Chronic Pain PATH, Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid training.
