MSU Forestry’s Forest Carbon and Climate Program receives support for new e-course

The Forest Carbon and Climate Program in the Department of Forestry at Michigan State University receives support from the Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund. It will help create a new web-based course on forest carbon and climate change.

The Forest Carbon and Climate Program in the Department of Forestry at Michigan State University receives support from the Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund. It will help create a new web-based course on forest carbon and climate change. The course is the first-of-its-kind. It is aimed at promoting balanced perspectives on working forests as part of the climate change solution. The goal is to engage and train natural resource managers, professionals, policy-makers, the public, conservation-based NGOs and those in the energy and building industries.
