ShadeLab members were out in full force to share their research with the members of the Plant Resilience Institute Scientific Advisory Board this week!
Alan presented his work on how locally-adapted monkey flower ecotypes influence the rhizosphere microbiome, Nejc presented his work on prioritizing a common bean core microbiome of fungi and bacteria, Fina presented her work on the inherited seed microbiome of common bean and its alteration during stress, and Keara presented her research on switchgrass leaf temporal dynamics with the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center. It was a great turn-out! Thanks to everyone for their efforts.
