Molly Irvin was awarded 1st place in the grad student poster competition at the Bean Improvement Cooperative Biennial Meeting in Greenville, SC. She was surprised to be named best poster among nearly 50 graduate students at the meeting. The $300 prize will be a boost to her moving expenses, as she prepares to depart to pursue a PhD in the Cooperative Tree Improvement Program at NC State University.
