4-H Horse & Pony Identification & Declaration

4-H youth who plan to participate in an Ottawa County 4-H horse show must turn in a Horse Identification & Declaration (Horse ID). 4-H members are limited to one Horse ID per member. Horse ID forms are due at the MSU Extension Ottawa County office May 1st.

Ottawa County State 4-H Horse Show Application

4-H members who desire to qualify for the State 4-H Horse Show must complete and submit the Ottawa County State 4-H Horse Show Application by May 1st. Qualification criteria and guidelines can be found in the Ottawa County 4-H Horse Project Rule Book.
