Peak Health and Performance believes that the foundation of a successful athlete is built on hard work, consistency, and fun! The program applies these virtues to the fundamental nutrition behaviors for an adolescent athlete, or the “Pillars of Peak Performance” – Energy Balance, Portion Control, Timing of Intake, and Hydration.


Following these guidelines and recommendations helps to promote optimal performance on and off the field and aids in recovery to help the athlete return to play bigger, faster, and stronger!
