Department of Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics Research Supporting African MSMEs to Provide Safe and Nutritious Food (RSM2SNF)

Dr. Alex Wenaty is a Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Agro- processing, School of Engineering and Technology of the Sokoine University of Agriculture. He teaches a number of courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate students including Introduction to Food Science, Food Physical Chemistry, Unit Operations in Food Processing, Materials Science for Food Technologists, Pilot Plant Processes, Plant and Equipment Layout and Maintenance and Food Sensory Evaluation. He is the Fish Lead for the RSM2SNF program at MSU.
