Liz Williams, M.Ed. is a dedicated health educator based in Genesee County, Michigan. Her primary responsibilities extend to a cluster of counties, including Genesee, Saginaw, Shiawassee, Bay, and Midland.

Specializing in disease prevention and community behavioral health, she offers a diverse range of programs aimed at promoting overall well-being. Her areas of interest include sleep health,  substance use disorder/harm reduction, fall prevention, and nutrition.

Before transitioning into her role as a health educator, Liz worked extensively as a community nutrition instructor for MSU Extension, where she delivered vital SNAP-Ed nutrition education programs in Genesee County.

Liz holds a Master's degree in Community Health Education from Wayne State University and earned her Bachelor's degree in Family Studies with a concentration on Substance Abuse Education: Prevention, Intervention, and Treatment from Central Michigan University.
