Kellie Jordan works for Michigan State University Extension in the area of Health and Nutrition, her program emphasis is on food safety. Kellie has worked to develop online food safety workshops including a weekly Food Safety Q&A, Home Food Preservation, Emergency Preparedness and Investigating Food with Science. She provides research-based educational programming in the areas of Food Safety.
