Jurly Rodríguez Campos is a food industry professional with 17 years' experience, leading operations and food safety and quality processes in multinational companies.
Ms. Rodriguez has vast experience in areas such as manufacturing, logistics, R & D and supply chain. She has a strong background in food safety and quality, and in developing and implementing risk management processes such as quality risk assessment, FMEA, HACCP; certification processes, regulatory requirements and FSQ audits, as lead auditor and trainer.
Ms. Rodríguez holds a Licentiate degree from the University of Costa Rica, and a master from the Technologic Institute of Costa Rica. She leads the independent food consulting firm Roble Sabana Food Consultants, based in Costa Rica.
She moderates the module "Country Case Study: Central America" in both the English and Spanish sections of the IFLR course Food Laws and Regulations in Latin America.
