Subject Matter Expert, Food Laws and Regulations in China
Nicola Aporti is an Italian-qualified lawyer at the Chinese domestic firm HFG Law & Intellectual Property. He has been based in Shanghai since 2006 and speaks fluent Chinese. He assists food companies in China in the areas of food regulatory, market entry, legal strategies, advertising law, consumer protection, and crisis management.
