Subject Matter Expert, Food Laws and Regulations in China

Nicola Aporti is an Italian-qualified lawyer and Food Regulatory Manager at Ferrero. Previously, he was a partner at the Chinese firm HFG Law & Intellectual Property in Shanghai, where he developed the firm's food law practice, and focused on the areas of market entry legal strategies, advertising law, consumer protection, and crisis management. A former lecturer at Shanghai Normal University Faculty of Law, he currently contributes to IFLR’s course on Food Laws and Regulations in China. He writes the www.chinafoodlaw.blog.
