Shiva Esfahanian started her Ph.D in the field of Machine Learning and Packaging design at Michigan State University in January 2020. She has received her Packaging MS degree from Michigan State University with a focus on Medical Packaging in 2020. She has received her BS in Industrial Engineering from Tehran University of Iran. Her research interests include packaging design, medical packaging, and machine learning. Currently, she is focused on a combination of machine learning and packaging in e-commerce platforms. The focus of her work is specifically on analyzing the sentiment of customer reviews regarding the packaging in online website.
