Vikash is currently interested in understanding the long-term problem associated with plastic recycling. Most of the plastic waste end up in landfills and oceans causing environmental concerns. Current methodologies are not as efficient as required for recycling plastics waste. In his PhD tenure, he is focused on recycling of industrially relevant commodity plastics.
