  • Involved with the preliminary work with Japan External Trade Organization and Home Builders Association of Denver to provide technical assistance for an American housing development in Yamagata, Japan.
  • Served on a successful proposal team for a technical assistance project to Ex-Soviet Union countries. This team was part of a $85 million project sponsored by USAID.

  • Presented a number of seminars/workshops at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, India. The last presentation was in April 2001 on "Construction Management Practice and Research Trends."

July 1979 - January 1985

  • Worked as Project Planning Engineer with an international construction company on projects in India, Iraq, Bahrain, and Sudan.
