4-H Arts Project Evaluation Guidelines for Youth Aged 9 to 19

Volunteer 4-H leaders, contest judges and other project evaluators can use these customizable templates (in Word .doc and .docx formats) when evaluating 4-H visual arts (individual and group), performing arts (individual and group), photography and writing projects. The forms are designed to help recognize project accomplishments, encourage self-assessment and reflection, and provide positive feedback. The forms work best when used as conversation guides in the evaluation process, rather than as the only feedback a 4-H'er receives on a project. Instructions for using the templates are provided.
