Packing

Segment: 8. Plant Culture & Propagation, Standard: Store crops using methods that apply fundamentals of plant management. (Pathway II.C.2)

Description

The type of crop being produced affects the packing system used. Packing systems discussed might include shallow crates/trays, deep crates, bins, and bags. The discussion could also cover why specific packing methods may be appropriate for some crops, and not for others.
