  • Skills training. Provide real work experience through internships to acquire competitive work and employment skills.
  • Employment. Help interns find and secure a real job.
  • Follow-along. Support graduates on the job and help them advance where possible.

The Outcome

Helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities find and keep meaningful, competitive, and integrated employment.
