MSU's purple potatoes promote partnership

Dave Douches, director of the MSU Potato Breeding and Genetics program, partnered with Great Lakes Potato Chip company to produce limited-edition purple potato chips from the Blackberry potato, a variety developed by the university’s Potato Breeding and Genetics program.
