A quick look at how a new generation of AFRE extension researchers is continuing the department's legacy of working with Michigan's tart cherry industry.

The Department of Agricultural Food and Resource Economics (AFRE) at Michigan State University has a long history of working with the state's Tart Cherry Industry. A team of AFRE researchers recently mapped the tart cherry supply chain and identify the industry's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
