Draft Guidance

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently released a draft guidance on the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule. The guidance offers examples and clarification on some of the flexible language in the rule, and provides recommendations on how to meet the requirements.
