CANR Alumni Association

The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources Alumni Association (CANRAA) promotes and supports the CANR.

The CANRAA does the following:

Fosters a fraternal spirit among the alumni of the CANR;
Promotes and supports the CANR among current and prospective students, fellow alumni and other stakeholders of the college;
Offers opportunities to network with and learn from our outstanding faculty and other alumni; and
Supports CANR students through the Distinguished Undergraduate Scholarships program.

4-H alumni support Michigan 4-H with IRA charitable gift

To truly make a difference while also making a tax-free donation, Michigan 4-H alumni Floyd and Judy Englehardt decided to make an IRA charitable rollover gift to the Michigan 4-H Foundation, also referred to as a qualified charitable distribution (QCD).

One of the country’s largest multi-day 4-H events, 4-H Exploration Days returned for its 51st year in June 2022. A new endowment created by Donald and Linda Eppelheimer will provide 4-H Exploration Days with perpetual funding for years to come.
