The MSU Extension Templates: Professional Tips and Tools 2-page handout provides some basic points to consider when developing materials using the MSU Extension templates.
The MSU Accessibility Basics website provides a number of resources and tools that you can use to make your documents more accessible.
The MSU web site tutorial for PowerPoint accessibility provides a number of tools that you can use to make your documents more accessible.
The WC3 Web Accessibility Initiative “How to Make Presentations Accessible to All” goes beyond the PowerPoint file and discusses presentation setup and methods.

MSU Extension Templates

The following templates are available on SharePoint (login required) in the MSU Extension Communications & Marketing Documents section. Contact your institute or department communicator if additional resources are needed.

General MSU Extension

2026 MSU Extension Pull Up Banners

11 new branded pull-up banners were created to use for a variety of programming and marketing opportunities. The options include 2 unique designs per institute and one unified design that includes the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR), AgBioResearch and MSU Extension information together under the MSU branding.

The print-ready files are available for staff to download and send to printers locally. The files have the correct print formatting to send as a PDF file directly to a printer. You will need to be logged in to SharePoint in order to access the files. All costs to purchase and print the pull-up banners should be covered locally. Promotional Flyers, Fact Sheets and Bulletins

These templates do not include the accommodations language that is required on all event and program marketing materials. If you are working on materials that require this language, please use the Event/Programs templates below.
