Some issues covered here are cross-listed under Industrial Organization because they address aspects of the waves of dramatic structural change that have affected the sector through the years. Issues regarding grasslands for cow-calf production might have been included here but are instead listed under Land Use & Environment. While the work emphasizes grasslands, the methods and findings best fit into the Land Use and Environmental Economics literature. the three headings at right are linked in many ways, where one link is that improved biological control technologies have fundamentally altered how animal proteins are produced.
