Learn from four cheesemakers about how they run a business, including costs, set-up, schedule, sales plan, and more!
The tour will begin in the parking lot of Prosper Christian Reformed Church, 1975 E. Prosper Road, Falmouth MI to participants can carpool.
9:15-10:30 Brinks Family Creamery, McBain
10:45-12:00 Maple Leaf Farm and Creamery, Falmouth
12:45-2:15 De Vor Farm and Creamery, Kalkaska
3:30-5:00 Leelanau Cheese, Suttons Bay
$50 registration includes a grilled cheese lunch and is due the morning of the 27th.
