Momentum & Inspiration

On December 2, 2022, 150 folks engaged in mass timber in Michigan gathered Michigan Mass Timber Update 2022: Momentum and Inspiration. Hosted by MassTimber@MSU in partnership with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Forest Service Wood Innovation Program with collaboration by the Michigan Forest Biomaterials Institute, the event celebrated Michigan's major mass timber momentum by featuring brief and inspiring presentations by 30 people engaged in mass timber construction, supply, research, workforce training, sustainability, and policy.
