Do you ever struggle figuring out what is in season and where to find the freshest, most healthful fruits and vegetables? Michigan Fresh is here to help. Together, with several partners in Michigan and nationwide, we have resources available to help connect you to the right food at the right time of year.
The What's in Season website uses your current location or a supplied zip code to show you market and farm locations in your region as well as all the fruits and vegetables currently in season. Clicking on a market will provide details including a website, phone number, address and hours of operation. There is also a connection to Market Maker, a national network that connects farmers, retailers, grocery stores, processor and consumers.
Farm and farmer market operators can enroll their business to ensure people can connect with them.
