Jessica Kansman wins ESA Undergraduate Student Achievement Award

The Entomological Society of America has selected Jessica Kansman for one of its Plant-Insect Ecosystems (PI-E) Section

The Entomological Society of America has selected Jessica Kansman for one of its Plant-Insect Ecosystems (PI-E) Section’s Undergraduate Student Achievement Awards. The award recognizes undergraduate students who have demonstrated significant achievements through research, teaching or outreach in entomology. As many as four awards may be presented annually. Jessica is part of the Szendrei vegetable entomology lab. She will receive a waiver of registration to the ESA meeting, $1,500 and a plaque. The awards can be used for travel expenses for participation in the ESA meeting.
